Yarg\u0131 Paketi&#8221; olarak bilinen T\u00fcrk Ceza Kanunu ile Baz\u0131 Kanunlarda De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Kanun Teklifi&#8217;nde, 31 Temmuz 2023 ve \u00f6ncesi i\u015flenen su\u00e7lardan h\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fclerin kapal\u0131 cezaevinden a\u00e7\u0131k cezaevine, a\u00e7\u0131k cezaevinden de denetimli serbestli\u011fe 3 y\u0131l daha erken ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik d\u00fczenlemenin kapsam\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131 talep edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deprem ma\u011fdurlar\u0131n\u0131 dinleyen G\u00fcler ve Ak\u00e7ay, 6 \u015eubat 2023&#8217;teki Kahramanmara\u015f merkezli depremler ve bu tarihten \u00f6nceki y\u0131llarda meydana gelen Elaz\u0131\u011f ve \u0130zmir ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere di\u011fer illerdeki depremlerde y\u0131k\u0131lan binalardan ve \u00f6l\u00fcmlerden sorumlu olanlar\u0131n d\u00fczenlemenin kapsam\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in teknik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>GENEL KURUL&#8217;DA B\u0130R \u00d6NERGEYLE DE\u011e\u0130\u015e\u0130KL\u0130K YAPILMASI BEKLEN\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AK Parti ve MHP&#8217;nin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamlamas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan TBMM Genel Kurulu&#8217;nda bug\u00fcn ba\u015flayacak 11.
